What began as a solo practice has evolved into a thriving integrated team, offering a diverse range of specialized services. Rooted in Virginia, we're committed to providing comprehensive mental health care grounded in the biopsychosocial model.

Our tiered fee system, based on clinician experience and licensure, fosters fairness, encourages professional development, and ensures quality services for both clinicians and clients.

Expanding Our Horizons Nationwide
Right now, we are actively in search of new providers to join our ever-expanding team. This is a fully remote position, affording you the flexibility to work from your home state or any other state where you hold licensure. While our roots are firmly planted in Virginia, and our greatest need is to onboard providers licensed in Virginia, we are thrilled to announce that we are extending our services nationwide. You have the option to maintain credentials in your current state, enabling you to contribute to our mission from wherever you call home.

Competitive Compensation
We value your contributions and expertise and offer competitive compensation rates for independent contractors. Our fee structure prioritizes transparency and fairness, fostering an open relationship with our clinicians. For those licensed less than 10 years, we offer a 70/30 fee split of the net collections, ensuring 70% of generated revenue goes to them, promoting fairness and sustainability. Clinicians licensed 10+ years enjoy a 75/25 split of the net collections, recognizing their experience and expertise. This tiered structure encourages professional growth, ensuring fair compensation and sustaining quality services for both clinicians and clients.
